Privacy policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026.

This policy describes data handling for loading.design and its web-search plugin. Contact us at contact@loading.design with questions or privacy requests.

Website preferences

Your language choice is also stored in a first-party preference cookie for up to one year, so the server can render pages in your selected language. Clear this site’s browser data to remove it.

The website saves your theme, color, framework, and language choices in your browser's local storage. These preferences stay on your device and restore the interface. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser data.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, navigation, and interactions, including technical information about your browser and device. Google Analytics uses cookies, and Google processes this information to provide analytics reports. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization. You can block analytics using your browser settings or a content blocker and remove cookies by clearing this site’s browser data.

Plugin and web searches

The Loading Design plugin contains instructions that guide your assistant’s existing web search. It has no custom server, account connection, or access to your files. Loading Design does not receive your conversations through the plugin. Your AI and search providers process your prompts and searches under their own policies.

Only share information needed to find a component. Do not put passwords, tokens, private source code, or sensitive information in web searches. Visiting a result on loading.design is subject to this website’s data handling described below.

Technical information and service providers

Serving the website requires processing technical information such as IP address, request time, user agent, and requested path. Hosting, network, security, and email providers may process this information and maintain operational logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your request, investigate problems, and maintain relevant correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used to provide the website, respond to support requests, and protect service reliability and security. Service providers may process it for those purposes; information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear site data. Support correspondence and operational records are retained as needed to address requests, operate and secure services, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us for information about records relating to you. Your AI and search providers set their own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You may clear saved preferences and stop using the integration at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to a relevant data protection authority. Email contact@loading.design to make a request. We may need information to verify the request and identify relevant records.

Security and changes

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending secrets through public tools or email. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and its date.
