These terms govern use of loading.design and the Loading Design web-search plugin. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to contact@loading.design.

The service

Loading Design provides loading components, documentation, source examples, and installation instructions. The plugin guides an assistant’s existing web search toward public component pages. It does not provide custom tools, install software, modify projects, or access private accounts. Search availability depends on the host assistant and search provider.

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or send abusive traffic. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information to public search tools. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or operational problems.

Components and third-party materials

Any license accompanying a component, dependency, or other downloadable material governs your use of that material and takes precedence over these terms for licensing questions. Respect applicable notices and third-party rights. These terms do not grant rights to Loading Design branding or third-party trademarks.

You are responsible for reviewing source code, dependencies, and installation commands before using them, and for testing accessibility, performance, and compatibility in your project. AI-generated explanations may contain errors; check the returned source and documentation.

Third-party services

AI clients, package registries, framework tools, and linked websites operate under their own terms and policies. Loading Design does not control those services or guarantee their availability. Their names identify supported integrations and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and warranties

The service and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose. Features, components, and supported integrations may change.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Loading Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
